International Networking

One of the main goals of the LERN alliance is to foster international networking activities. The service point for International Co-operation in Education (ICE) provides support for initiating international contacts and enhancing educational exchange.

The LERN-Network is actively involved in the College for Interdisciplinary Educational Research (CIDER), a network that aims at supporting early postdoc researchers with the development of their own projects in the field of interdisciplinary educational research. International young researchers are part of the network too. On January 25-26, 2017, the first CIDER-LERN-Workshop took place in Berlin. Another joint workshop will take place on October 8-9, 2018.
